What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts and frameworks
  • Set appointments for senior consulting professionals at a respected actuarial firm
  • Engage prospects in a professional and confident manner
  • Track call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups with accuracy
  • Work toward clear daily and weekly performance goals
  • Represent L&E with professionalism in all interactions

Compensation

  • $15-20 per hour
  • $50 per appointment set and realized

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Community college students encouraged to apply)
  • Availability of 10–15 hours per week
  • Strong interest in sales, consulting, or business development
  • Flexible schedule that aligns well with full-time student commitments
