Business Development Executive – Travel Industry (B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the local travel trade.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Generate new sales leads and onboard new agency partners.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client training.
  • Promote outbound travel products and services.
  • Cook up with internal operations teams to support client requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups on sales opportunities and customer inquiries.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience in Business Development and Account Management.
  • Experience working with travel agencies or tour operators.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations.
  • Good understanding of the local travel trade.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, and internet applications.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B travel technology or travel distribution platforms.
  • IATA certification is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with local travel agencies.
