About the role
We are seeking two Business Development Director - Solutions Specialist positions, each designed as individual contributor roles. Reporting to the SVP of Customer Growth, these roles will focus on accelerating revenue growth for GBG's Fraud & Identity Data or Know Your Business (KYB) product portfolios. The ideal candidates will thrive at the intersection of business development, consultative selling, and solution expertise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Technical Sales roles
- Strong domain knowledge in fraud prevention, identity verification, KYB onboarding, biometrics, or data services
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, commercially compelling value propositions
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with strengths in problem solving and workflow diagnosis
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales cycles in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to identity, fraud, KYC/KYB, and data governance
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple parallel opportunities and priorities effectively
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer centric, with a passion for elevating go-to-market effectiveness and customer outcomes
