Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development with the US Navy with particular emphasis on NAVSEA
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to grow a pipeline and win business within the Navy
  • Experience: Experience with DoW budget, investments, and acquisition processes
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Strong mastery of Salesforce or other CRM Tools is required
  • Role Requirements: Candidates invited to interview should be prepared to talk through their experience and role in business development processes for capture pursuits and provide a deal sheet upon request

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $187,179 - $241,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Travel Required: 10-25%
