About the role

We are seeking a solution-oriented hunter to identify, pursue, and close new business across Federal Law Enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new single-award opportunities across law enforcement enterprise IT, network engineering, and cyber.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline leveraging Tyto Athene’s prime contract vehicles.
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior agency customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Lead capture efforts, including qualification, Gate reviews, win strategy, value proposition, and pricing (including Price-to-Win).
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure innovative, deliverable solutions.
  • Drive pursuit timelines and meet all milestones through award.
  • Represent Tyto Athene at industry events and customer engagements.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track progress and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, technical, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling new business into federal law enforcement customers.
  • Proven record of winning at least 3 single-award opportunities valued at $75M+ each in the past 5 years, acting as the primary driver from identification to close.
  • Strong background in enterprise IT, network engineering, and/or cybersecurity for law enforcement agencies.
  • Experience in capture management, win themes, win probability, and Shipley processes.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior agency executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive “hunter” mindset with willingness to travel.

Pay

We offer an industry-leading compensation structure (competitive base + strong incentives) in a high-growth environment. Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $175,000 and $200,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
