Job Summary

JetCool Technologies is transforming data center cooling with its advanced liquid cooling solutions, including its patented microconvective cooling technology. What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Develop and maintain a strategic sales plan for assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leading semiconductor companies, engaging key business executives, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Partner with JetCool’s liquid cooling technical experts to scope and quote custom liquid cooling solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, resolving complex issues to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to company growth strategies.
  • Engage with compute and hardware architects to promote JetCool’s value proposition and explore integration opportunities.
  • Analyze customer documentation and sales data to propose competitive, innovative solutions.
  • Travel across the territory (up to 50%) to build relationships, visit customer sites, and present solutions.
  • Coach and mentor other sales team members, contributing to continuous improvement and team success.

The Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success in large-account sales and relationship management, ideally with semiconductor, custom silicon, or advanced compute companies.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a sales pipeline at least 3× assigned quota using CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Comfortable working in high-performance compute and lab environments.

Pay & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $164,300.00 USD - $225,900.00 USD annually.
