Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Opus CMC Fulfillment Group goals.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through CRM tools.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with lenders, servicers, and financial institutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams within mortgage and financial services.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Represent Opus CMC at industry conferences, networking events, and client workshops.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pipeline status, forecasts, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with lenders, servicers, or financial institutions.
  • Experience working with mortgage fulfillment, servicing, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prior leadership experience managing sales teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • 5+ years of B2B experience in business development within mortgage services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage fulfillment, servicing, and outsourcing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
