Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Opus CMC Fulfillment Group goals.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through CRM tools.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with lenders, servicers, and financial institutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams within mortgage and financial services.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Represent Opus CMC at industry conferences, networking events, and client workshops.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pipeline status, forecasts, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with lenders, servicers, or financial institutions.
- Experience working with mortgage fulfillment, servicing, and digital transformation solutions.
- Strong familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prior leadership experience managing sales teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- 5+ years of B2B experience in business development within mortgage services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage fulfillment, servicing, and outsourcing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
