Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve our contact database and targeting lists, including researching, building, and maintaining prospect lists focused on executive decision-makers
- Execute, analyze, and recommend improvements to email outreach campaigns using HubSpot
- Track, organize, and report on new business activity
- Identify and implement tools and workflows that improve how we target, reach, and track prospects
- Cook up the full meeting lifecycle, from scheduling and logistics through internal briefings and post-meeting follow-up; ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Aid in the development and updating of client-facing materials including capability decks, proposals, and info sheets, working closely with the Account Services Director and subject matter experts
- Participate in key account planning alongside the Account Services Director, helping to prioritize outreach and identify patterns across the pipeline
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing operations, client services, or a related field. Professional services or agency background preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and email marketing platforms
- Comfort with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about applying them to improve new business efforts
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; this role has a high volume of moving pieces and accuracy matters
- Strong written communication skills; comfort drafting outreach copy and internal updates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- A scrappy, self-directed work style where you're comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook and are motivated by the opportunity to help build one
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for an annual sales incentive that can range from 10% - 50%. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
