Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve our contact database and targeting lists, including researching, building, and maintaining prospect lists focused on executive decision-makers
  • Execute, analyze, and recommend improvements to email outreach campaigns using HubSpot
  • Track, organize, and report on new business activity
  • Identify and implement tools and workflows that improve how we target, reach, and track prospects
  • Cook up the full meeting lifecycle, from scheduling and logistics through internal briefings and post-meeting follow-up; ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Aid in the development and updating of client-facing materials including capability decks, proposals, and info sheets, working closely with the Account Services Director and subject matter experts
  • Participate in key account planning alongside the Account Services Director, helping to prioritize outreach and identify patterns across the pipeline

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing operations, client services, or a related field. Professional services or agency background preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Comfort with AI tools and a genuine curiosity about applying them to improve new business efforts
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; this role has a high volume of moving pieces and accuracy matters
  • Strong written communication skills; comfort drafting outreach copy and internal updates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • A scrappy, self-directed work style where you're comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook and are motivated by the opportunity to help build one

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. This position is also eligible for an annual sales incentive that can range from 10% - 50%. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
