We’re looking for a Phone Sales & Internet BDC Specialist to join our team at Gerald Jones Mazda in Augusta, GA. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking with people, building relationships, and creating an exceptional online buying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls each day to connect with customers.
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
  • Send personalized introduction and vehicle walkaround videos that build trust and excitement.
  • Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
  • Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
  • Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow-up.
  • Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.

Qualifications
