We need to remove boilerplate: disclaimer, AEDT usage, alternative selection process, NYC Local Law 144, etc. Also remove repeated lines like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." appears twice; we can keep one mention maybe but it's still boilerplate? It's about work environment; maybe keep but it's generic. However we need to preserve substantive info: location (Georgia or Florida), essential functions list, education, experience, requirements (skills), supervisory responsibilities none, work environment (hours over normal office hours, schedule subject to change). Also maybe "Supervisory Responsibilities None at this time" is substantive? It says none. Could include under a section maybe "Supervisory Responsibilities". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We need to decide which sections to include. - About the role: could include overview paragraph: "The Business Development Representative supports the growth of the organization by executing and optimizing sales processes within our customer relationship platforms. This role focuses on data entry accuracy, sales analytics, email prospecting, and driving prospect engagement to generate new business opportunities for the Business Development team. The BDR works closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and regional leadership to support pipeline movement and help ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities. This Business Development Coordinator position can sit in Georgia or Florida." - Responsibilities: list of duties (essential functions). Use
  • . - Requirements: maybe education and experience? Or Qualifications? The spec says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have education, experience, skills (attention to detail, communication, etc.), qualifications (proficiency in MS Office, CRM, etc.). Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we should not create empty sections. We'll include sections that have content. Potential sections: - About the role (overview) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Requirements (education + experience) - Qualifications (maybe skills like attention to detail, communication, etc.) - Skills (technical skills like MS Office, CRM, BI tools) - Schedule (hours over normal office hours, schedule subject to change) - Benefits? Not mentioned. So omit. - Pay? Not mentioned. Omit. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily. Let's extract: Overview paragraph: The first sentence(s) before "Essential Functions". Could be: "The Business Development Representative supports the growth of the organization by executing and optimizing sales processes within our customer relationship platforms. This Business Development Coordinator position can sit in Georgia or Florida." That's good. Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Create engagement with leads..." through "Overcome lead objections...". Let's list them: - Create engagement with leads provided by the Marketing team. - Generate new opportunities for the Business Development team. - Research contact and property data for Pursuit and Target Accounts, with priority on vertical Pursuit efforts. - Identify the needs of opportunities in the passive pipeline and help transition them to the active pipeline. - Establish and maintain effective communication with prospects through email, phone, and virtual calls, utilizing approved sales tools. - Ensure optimal utilization, accuracy, and integrity of CRM platforms and associated data. - Execute the company’s sales methodology in all lead interactions. - Develop communication templates and email sequences to support efficient outreach. - Use business intelligence tools to provide insights to Sales Operations, RVPs of Sales, and the Business Development team. - Identify common challenges or patterns and regularly collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Business Development partners. - Communicate using brand-consistent messaging while following approved sales methodology. - Overcome lead objections by asking appropriate questions and sharing valuable insights with the Business Development team. That's 12 items. Requirements: Education and experience. - Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant majors may include Business, Marketing, Communications, or comparable fields. - 1–3 years of corporate, business development, sales support, customer outreach, or related experience. - Experience working with CRM platforms and/or business intelligence tools is a plus. - Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We could also include "Experience To perform this job successfully..." but that's generic. Qualifications: maybe the soft skills list: - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy in daily tasks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading ability. - Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently toward defined goals. - Strong follow-up skills and ability to move tasks forward without prompting. - Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box. Skills: technical skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and Word. - Ability to learn and utilize CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and other sales technology. Supervisory Responsibilities: None at this time. Could be included under a section? Not in allowed headings. Could maybe put under Responsibilities? But it's not a duty. Could omit as it's not required. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could omit supervisory responsibilities as it's just "None". Might be considered filler? It's substantive but maybe we can include under a generic "Qualifications"? Not ideal. Probably safe to omit. Work Environment: Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including evenings, holidays, and some weekends. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs. We can put that under Schedule section. Thus sections:

    About the role

    ...overview...

    Responsibilities

      ...

    Requirements

    ...education and experience...

    maybe list as
