Role Summary

You will lead growth strategy and execution for Caterpillar’s small excavator product line across Core regions. You will partner with the Excavation Division, Customer Solutions (CS), New Product Introduction (NPI), and engineering teams to identify market opportunities, strengthen portfolio alignment, and support strategic initiatives that advance Excavation’s long-term growth goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Customer Solutions, NPI, and Engineering teams to align the small excavator portfolio with customer needs, industry trends, and regional growth opportunities.
  • Synthesize voice-of-customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market data to influence the regional product strategy roadmap.
  • Support Customer Solutions and dealer needs across Core regions, including product availability, quality, aftermarket support, and technology requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that address product, segment, and regional growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product support teams to drive alignment and execution across the business.

  • Travel: Up to 30% domestic
  • Relocation: Available for this position
  • Summary Pay Range: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00
