About the role
Job Description Reform is seeking a Business Development Consultant to serve as our primary market presence, driving new business opportunities and cultivating relationships that support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and design market
- Leverage and grow your existing network of architects, interior designers, developers, and homeowners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships
- Represent Reform at industry events and networking functions
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate warm handoffs to internal sales and design teams
- Conduct regular outreach, including office visits, client meetings, and hosted engagements
- Maintain an active understanding of the local market, competitors, and design trends
- Track and manage outreach activity and pipeline development
- Introduce prospective trade partners and clients to Reform’s showroom experience
Requirements
- Established network within the architecture, interior design, or real estate community
- Proven ability to generate new business through relationship-driven outreach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, interiors, or a related field is highly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
