Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners.
  • Partner with the RVP to execute territory strategy and drive new and existing business growth.
  • Proactively uncover new business opportunities, actively sell FuturePlan solutions, and advance prospects through the pipeline.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activity, including pipeline tracking, CRM updates, follow-up, and new business submission.
  • Support proposal development, documentation, and full sales lifecycle execution.
  • Provide expert guidance on plan design and retirement solutions, delivering customized, client-specific recommendations leveraging FuturePlan’s capabilities.
  • Conduct presentations and support industry events to drive engagement and brand presence.
  • Educate partners to enhance their ability to win and retain business.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge through ongoing learning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Uphold data security standards and demonstrate company values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay

The national average salary range for this role is $65-$75k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to case-by-case basis.
