Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage wholesale customer relationships.
  • Develop new retail, corporate, and community partnerships.
  • Increase order frequency with existing wholesale accounts.
  • Represent Arin's at networking events and community organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate gifts, branded treats, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Help expand awareness of Arin's mission throughout the Charlotte region.
  • Collaborate with our team to support sustainable business growth and meaningful employment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, fundraising, or community partnerships.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for community engagement and mission-driven work.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Charlotte region.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week).
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Local travel required.
  • $22–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based commission.
