Responsibilities
- Grow and manage wholesale customer relationships.
- Develop new retail, corporate, and community partnerships.
- Increase order frequency with existing wholesale accounts.
- Represent Arin's at networking events and community organizations.
- Identify opportunities for corporate gifts, branded treats, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
- Help expand awareness of Arin's mission throughout the Charlotte region.
- Collaborate with our team to support sustainable business growth and meaningful employment.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, fundraising, or community partnerships.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for community engagement and mission-driven work.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Charlotte region.
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule.
- Local travel required.
- $22–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Performance-based commission.
