Your Purpose as a BDC Representative

Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service
Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls
Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication
Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred!
