Responsibilities
- Lead customer relations process management by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes.
- Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans by observations and conducting meetings with the General Manager.
- Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
- Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
- Utilize computer & phone skills to increase appointments, sales, customer retention and set appointments with call-ins, referrals and leads.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service management experience.
- Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to teach others how and why to perform their job.
- Basic computer skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
