Now Hiring Business Development Center (BDC) Representative I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is building a new Business Development Center, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who are great communicators and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join the department from the beginning and help us build a BDC focused on great customer communication, strong appointment performance and a fun, competitive culture. What You’ll Do As a BDC Representative, you’ll communicate with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle or learning more about our inventory. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to internet leads, phone calls, texts and customer inquiriesMaking outbound calls and following up with prospective customersBuilding rapport and creating great conversations with customersScheduling dealership appointmentsConfirming appointments and following up with customersMaintaining accurate customer information and activity in our CRMWorking closely with our sales team to create a smooth handoff when customers arriveConsistently following our customer communication and follow-up processes What We’re Looking For Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required. We’re looking for people who are: Comfortable and confident on the phoneFriendly and professionalCompetitive and motivatedOrganized and dependableComfortable with texting, email and technologyCoachable and willing to learnAble to work well in a team environmentMotivated by performance and results If you have experience in customer service, inside sales, hospitality, call centers or another customer-facing position, your skills may translate very well to this role. Compensation We expect compensation to be competitive, with strong performers earning approximately $55,000-$70,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based compensation.
