About the role
A dynamic Business Development/Capture Manager is needed to lead sales efforts in the Southeastern United States. This role will focus on capturing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Proven track record of successful business development and partnership management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
