This role offers a clear path to a senior sales position, with robust training and mentorship to fuel your career growth in the institutional investment industry. This is a hybrid position out of our New York City office. What You’ll Do Develop a working knowledge of industry coverage and the competitive landscape.Partner with management to identify top-tier new business opportunities based on strategic business development criteria and targets.Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and lead introductory/exploratory calls with prospectsMeet designated sales targets using a strategic and thoughtful process designed to partner with clients and add value to their processOnboard new users effectivelyWork closely with the client service team to collect feedback on open and closed projects What You Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship managementExcellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clientsDemonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphereA desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentInitiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over timeExcellent written and verbal communication skills AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communicationAbility to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgmentCuriosity about emerging technology and a willingness to continue building skills with new tools that improve productivity and client service What We Offer The annual base salary for this position is $65,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
