Position Overview
This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on developing relationships with employers and generating new business accounts. We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of sales — prospecting, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing — and is ready to continue building their career in a performance-driven environment. This role carries revenue responsibility and clear activity expectations.
What You'll Do
- Possess a deep understanding of the fundamentals of sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, insurance, healthcare sales, or service-based sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers through outbound cold calls and in-person visits.
- Present occupational health services tailored to employer needs.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities using a CRM system.
- Attend networking events and represent the organization in the community.
- Close new accounts and contribute to territory growth.
Requirements
- Experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting.
- Comfortable meeting with business decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline tracking.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
