Business Development Associate - Enterprise Sales

Angi is seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join the Enterprise Sales team. This is a crucial role that will lay a solid foundation for new business development in our vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a passion for seeking and developing new customer relationships and building a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Source, qualify, and appointment set prospective clients.
  • Identify and build relationships with Enterprise-level service professionals nationwide.
  • Prospect and qualify opportunities for Enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Create and successfully present business solutions both in-person and online to executives and large audiences to build Angi awareness and affinity within the partnership.
  • Work effectively and professionally with all departments across the organization.
  • Effectively communicate with leadership the status of prospecting, negotiations, contract agreements, new partnership launches, growth, and potential risks in all opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Results-driven with a passion to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
  • Business acumen, and/or a thirst for knowledge and drive to learn deeply about our partners’ industries and businesses.
  • Natural desire to keep up with industry trends and always adapt and evolve with new sales techniques.
  • Tactful and resilient in challenging situations, and innovative in evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Receptive to coaching opportunities and quick to adapt new methods as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of home services industry and market trends.

  • OTE $75k Base salary $45k
