About the role

As a Business Development Associate at Salesforce, you will be part of the World's #1 AI CRM and the platform powering the Agentic Enterprise with Agentforce. This role combines inbound and outbound prospecting with sales operations, offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound and outbound leads
  • Navigate complex conversations and handle objections
  • Build a strong pipeline by driving pipeline growth
  • Leverage Salesforce's most advanced AI tools to optimize workflows
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and improve pipeline hygiene

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or data management

Qualifications

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $63,200 - $63,200 annually. Specific ranges vary by location, with higher ranges in certain key markets.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a start date of August 3, 2026. Relocation is not provided for this opportunity.
