We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Please log in or create an account to apply..." etc. Also remove "Principals only. EOE." etc. Also remove "Information on Interviews..." etc. Also remove "Company Overview" maybe? The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes a company overview paragraph; we could include under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading we can use for overview of role. The initial paragraph "Where Ambition Meets Innovation..." is like a tagline; we can incorporate into About the role. Also "Job Overview:" is basically description. So we can put that under About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list. Requirements: bullet list. Qualifications: maybe not separate; we have "Core Competencies:" and "Preferences:" and "Must be in office 3 days a week". Those could go under Requirements or Skills. The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have Pay Range: 55,150.00 - 91,900.00 with description. So we include Pay section. Schedule: "Must be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)". That's schedule info. So include Schedule. Benefits: "LPL Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more." So include Benefits. Skills: maybe we have "Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce, MS Outlook". Also "Experience or understanding of broker/dealers, advisory, finance or sales principals". Those could be Skills. Also "Core Competencies: Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently; Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone based communication; Comfortable with some travel, two times per year for training". Those could be Skills or Requirements. We'll allocate. Qualifications: maybe we have "Sales experience or similar related degree". That's a qualification. Also "Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, field recruiting professionals, and internal recruiters". That's also a qualification. We'll put those under Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Business Development Associate. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

Schedule

Must be in office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).

We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's check original text for any other details not captured: - "Where Ambition Meets Innovation Build a career that matches all your initiative with an impressive dose of innovation. From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals." This is tagline; we included in About the role. - "Job Overview: As the Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be responsible for driving Financial Advisor lead flow to LPL’s Advisor Recruiting team in order to increase sales. This will be done through prospecting, lead qualification, and effective reporting. Primary prospecting efforts will be phone based (cold-calling) with supplemental efforts using digital means (email campaigns and social media)." We need to include that in About the role. - Responsibilities list: we captured bullet points but need to ensure we captured all: Original responsibilities: "Prospect financial advisors to gauge/create interest in meeting with a LPL recruiter" "Use the news cycle, territory makeup and direction of the recruiters/leaders to execute on weekly prospecting campaigns" "Use independent judgement to qualify a lead, determining if the lead should be introduced to the pipeline by presenting to the Internal Regional Director or field Regional Director" "100 outreaches per day – cold calls (primary), individual emails and social media outreaches (LinkedIn)" "Utilize Salesforce.com to track individual KPIs and understand the impact of lead flow on territory funnel and results" "Develop skillset, knowledge base and industry experience in order to qualify for next level opportunity as an Internal Regional Director." We need to include each as
  • . - Requirements: "Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, field recruiting professionals, and internal recruiters" (we placed under Qualifications but maybe should be Requirements). The heading "Requirements:" appears in text. Then bullet: "Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, field recruiting professionals, and internal recruiters". Then "Sales experience or similar related degree". Then "Core Competencies:" list. Then "Preferences:" list. Then "Must be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)". Then Pay etc. We need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have a Requirements section. But we also have Qualifications and Skills sections. The text has "Requirements:" then bullet, then "Core Competencies:" then "Preferences:" then "Must be in office 3 days a week". We could treat "Core Competencies:" as Skills, "Preferences:" as maybe Schedule? Actually preferences include office days. But we already have Schedule. We need to decide mapping: The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include all that have content. Thus we need: - About the role (overview) - Responsibilities - Requirements (maybe just the bullet "Ability to communicate effectively..." and "Sales experience or similar related degree") - Qualifications (maybe core competencies? Actually core competencies could be Skills. But we need to decide what goes where. The instruction list includes Qualifications and Skills as separate possible headings. We can put "Core Competencies:" under Skills. And "Preferences:" maybe under Schedule? But preferences include office days; we already have Schedule. Could also be under Requirements? But we already have schedule separate. Better: Use Requirements for the two bullet items under "Requirements:" (communication ability and sales experience/degree). Use Skills for "Core Competencies:" list (highly motivated, rapport building, travel comfort, MS Office/Salesforce, broker/dealer understanding). Use Schedule for "Preferences:" (must be in office 3 days a week). Use Benefits for total rewards. Use Pay for pay range. Qualifications: maybe we could put "Sales experience or similar related degree" under Qualifications, but we already used that under Requirements. Actually the text says "Requirements:" then bullet list includes communication ability and sales experience/degree. Then "Core Competencies:" then "Preferences:" then Pay etc. So there is no separate "Qualifications:" heading. But we can still create a Qualifications section if we have content; maybe we can treat "Sales experience or similar related degree" as qualification. But we need to not duplicate content. We must preserve all substantive information; we can allocate it to either Requirements or Qualifications, but not duplicate. Since the heading "Requirements:" exists, we should use that for those items. Then we might not need a Qualifications section unless we have other qualification-like content not covered. The "Core Competencies:" could be considered Skills. The "Preferences:" could be Schedule. So we may omit Qualifications section entirely (since no explicit qualifications beyond those). But the instruction list includes Qualifications as optional; we can omit if no specific content. So we will not include Qualifications heading. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if we missed any content: "Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce, MS Outlook" - we placed under Skills. "Experience or understanding of broker/dealers, advisory, finance or sales principals" - under Skills. "Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently" - under Skills. "Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone based communication" - under Skills. "Comfortable with some travel, two times per year for training" - under Skills. Now check if any other content: "Develop skillset, knowledge base and industry experience in order to qualify for next level opportunity as an Internal Regional Director." That's a responsibility; we included. Now check if any content about "Use the news cycle, territory makeup and direction of the recruiters/leaders to execute on weekly prospecting campaigns" - included. Now check if any content about "Utilize Salesforce.com to track individual KPIs and understand the impact of lead flow on territory funnel and results" - included. Now check if any content about "100 outreaches per day – cold calls (primary), individual emails and social media outreaches (LinkedIn)" - included. Now check if any content about "Prospect financial advisors to gauge/create interest in meeting with a LPL recruiter" - included. Now check if any content about "Use independent judgement to qualify a lead, determining if the lead should be introduced to the pipeline by presenting to the Internal Regional Director or field Regional Director" - included. Now check if any content about "We want high-energy, strong collaborators who can deliver a world class, sales experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement." This is descriptive; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe under Requirements? It's more about desired traits. Could be part of About the role. We'll add to About the role paragraph. Now check if any content about "Additionally, LPL Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more."
