Business Development Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead creation in Salesforce
• Follow up on outstanding proposals
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Project Estimating
• Sending out proposals

Requirements

• Customer Forward, effective communicator both on the phone and via email
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Knowledge of Microsoft platforms, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Excel specifically, the whole group lives in that system daily
• Proficient Microsoft Excel operator
• Experience with Subsurface Utility Engineering, reviewing maps and utility plans with knowledge of utility infrastructure
• Experience with Bluebeam, another daily platform used by the group
• Previous Experience working with Engineering Firms, General Contractors, Municipalities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience within locating/construction/engineering
• Experience with Subsurface Utility Engineering, reviewing maps and utility plans with knowledge of utility infrastructure
• Experience in Bluebeam, another daily platform used by the group
• Previous Experience working with Engineering Firms, General Contractors, Municipalities

Pay & Benefits

Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $22.00 – $32.00/hour
