About The Job And The Work

In this role, you will drive outbound outreach through calls, email, and social channels; identify property management companies experiencing maintenance pain; run high-level discovery; and schedule qualified demos for our sales team. You will manage lead communication in the CRM, build a strong prospecting rhythm, learn the property management industry, and contribute directly to team pipeline and revenue goals. This is a high-energy role for someone who is motivated by goals, resilient through rejection, curious about people's problems, and excited to grow in a sales career. No prior sales experience is required — we will teach the methodology, tools, and industry knowledge needed to be successful.

You bring strong communication skills, high energy, persistence, and a desire to improve every day. You are comfortable making outbound calls, asking thoughtful questions, hearing "no," and trying again with a better approach. You can stay organized, manage follow-up, and use feedback and performance data to sharpen your work.

Pay, Benefits, and Logistics

This is a full-time, on-site role at Property Meld HQ reporting to the Manager of Business Development. Starting base salary is $43,900. Average yearly gross with base, commission, and bonus is $85,000.00 with the highest performers earning $100,500.00.
