What You’ll Do
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to build and manage a strong East Coast pipeline
- Identify and engage decision-makers across corporate, nonprofit, government, and other targeted verticals
- Lead discovery calls, present Passport Health's services, and close new accounts
- Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team with strong handoff documentation
- Track all activity and pipeline data accurately in CRM
- Met or exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly revenue targets
- Travel quarterly for in-person client and prospect meetings across the East Coast
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of outbound sales or business development experience with a track record of closing
- Comfortable with 50+ daily outbound touches — this is a high-activity environment
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and follow-through
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-directed, metrics-driven, and genuinely motivated by commission-based growth
- Comfortable with quarterly travel for in-person meetings across the East Coast
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
