Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate effectively with internet customer and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in person).
- Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Stay informed with business marketing efforts, and services provided by Handy Toyota.
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles.
- Willing to do miscellaneous tasks as required by management.
Preferred Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or general sales experience of 1-3 years.
- Basic-intermediate computer skills necessary to use a state-of-the-art CRM system and Microsoft Office.
- Energetic, organized, punctual, and capable of making and receiving a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis.
- Strong communication skills to work most effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction to follow pricing guidelines.
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple work related functions simultaneously.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time. Work is done in a cubical type setting.

Pay and Schedule
- This position is a full-time position which will include Saturdays and evenings.
