Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Process. Drive end-to-end sales cycles targeting U.S.-based hedge funds, asset managers, OCIOs, family offices, and endowments.
- Sell Smart Services. Present our AI-enabled operational and technology solutions in a way that resonates with front-, middle-, and back-office leaders.
- Leverage Your Rolodex. Generate qualified leads, secure key meetings, and accelerate sales cycles.
- Customize the Pitch. Understand each prospect’s specific operational pain points and position our offerings as a better, faster, smarter alternative.
- Exceed Quota. Close deals of $2MM+ annually and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Be a Strategic Partner. Work closely with our leadership and product teams to shape how we position our solutions to the market.
Qualifications
- Experienced Seller. 10+ years selling to institutional asset managers in the U.S. (hedge funds, family offices, OCIOs, endowments).
- Industry Expert. Deep understanding of buy-side operations and vendor relationships; prior experience selling fund administration, prime brokerage, or middle/back-office tech services.
- Proven Closer. A track record of meeting or exceeding $2MM+ annual quotas with long-term client relationships to show for it.
- Relationship-Driven. Known for your ability to build trust with senior stakeholders—COOs, CFOs, Heads of Ops and Tech.
- Stable and Reliable. No job-hopping here—you’ve delivered consistently over time and have the references to prove it.
- Fluent in FinTech. Comfortable talking about workflow automation, data integration, and AI-powered solutions, even if you’re not the one building them.
