Business Development Associate

Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) is a 25‑year‑old 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to champion and advance the evidence‑based Centering group model of care to transform how healthcare is practiced and experienced, empowering healthcare providers and patients to improve health outcomes. CHI partners with approximately 400+ provider organizations across the U.S. to implement and sustain its three Centering group models of care - CenteringPregnancy®, CenteringParenting®, and CenteringHealthcare®. This Business Development Associate reports directly to the Senior Business Development Manager and works closely with the Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Philanthropy, Marketing, Programs, Health Policy Manager, and other cross‑functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of CHI's business development strategy and annual growth objectives.
- Assist with prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development activities.
- Support the coordination and follow‑up of business development meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract discussions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, outreach plans, and meeting summaries for leadership.
- Support conference exhibiting, lead capture activities, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Assist with customer and stakeholder education efforts through webinars, information sessions, and presentations.
