Business Development Associate

About the role

Atlantic Group is hiring a Business Development Associate in New York, NY for our client, supporting client relationship management, new business development, market research, and strategic growth initiatives within commercial real estate and financial services. This client-facing role will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen existing relationships, identify prospective clients and partners, and translate market intelligence into actionable business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support client meetings, outreach, relationship management, and ongoing engagement with prospective and existing business partners.
• Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities while supporting targeted outreach and relationship development.
• Monitor industry and market activity to identify trends, prospective opportunities, and relevant business insights.
• Prepare presentations, client communications, marketing materials, and other resources that support business development initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, events, and networking activities while coordinating follow-up and relationship-building efforts.
• Maintain CRM records, track relationships and opportunities, and monitor business development pipeline activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of business development, client relations, investor relations, financial services, real estate, marketing, or related client-facing experience is preferred.
• Financial services, real estate, investment management, or related professional services experience is preferred, with knowledge of relationship-driven business development strongly valued.
• Microsoft Office and CRM platform proficiency are required.

Skills

• Strong communication, relationship-building, research, analytical, organizational, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay

$90,000–$110,000/year + bonus

Monday to Friday (In-Office, Frequent Travel)
