Contract: Full Time - Permanent Salary: Based on experience Location: Edinburgh Your Role Will Involve Understanding and being able to explain the nature of the services offered.Contacting new leads via telephone and email.Providing support to clients by answering all their questions.Making suitable recommendations on the spot.Updating the company CRM for all prospects and customers.Where appropriate, negotiating quotes and deadlines with customers.Closing deals with prospects.Maintaining customer relationships and upselling.Proactively seeking untapped markets and business opportunities.Delivering results that will make you proud. Skills ESSENTIAL Exceptional communicator, a great listener with social skills and gravitas.Charismatic, persuasive and impeccably mannered on the phone.Capable of thinking on their feet and adapting to different situations.Self-motivation and a can-do attitude.The ability to influence people and close deals.Excellent organisational skills.High level of competency with computers/internet/social networks.Great attention to detail. DESIRABLE Experience in a telephone based role or B2B environment.Educated to degree level or equivalent (Business/Sales/Marketing).
