About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team are the business partners that work tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen. You will drive organizational strategy development by assessing current-state structures, identifying gaps, and designing scalable org models that align with RME's long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational design and workforce strategy initiatives across the RME network.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape the structure, capability, and long-term direction of the organization, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategy.
  • Build a high-performing, scalable organization that supports Amazon's continued growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
  • PMP certificate, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
