About the role
Building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving growth in the community are at the heart of this role. As a Business Developer, you’ll represent our organization within a defined territory — cultivating referral sources, generating qualified leads, and developing long-term partnerships that support continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Development — Identify, engage, and grow potential partners and clients within an assigned region.
- Referral Source Growth — Secure and maintain referral relationships based on market needs and trends.
- Account Management — Maintain consistent communication with existing leads and accounts; promote brand awareness and request referrals.
- Sales Outreach — Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits, including local travel.
- Market Strategy — Implement growth strategies, create development plans, and increase brand visibility.
- Goal Achievement — Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting — Provide comprehensive monthly updates to leadership.
- Sales Tools Utilization — Use branded materials, social media, training resources, and event-driven campaigns.
- Administrative Support — Manage paperwork, emails, scheduling, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Weekly Planning — Organize weekly consults, outreach, networking, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel — every day looks different
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and follow a structured sales process
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
