Hunt down new business in established and emerging markets
Champion our Design Build expertise and win the RFQs and RFPs that matter
Qualify the right clients, build the right external teams, and cultivate the kind of relationships that turn into the next decade of work
You will be our eyes and ears in the market, feeding intel back to a Sales Team that knows how to move on it

What you will actually do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
Advocate for Bobbitt’s Design Build services and secure winning proposals for major projects.
Evaluate potential clients, assemble appropriate external teams, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Provide critical market intelligence to the sales team to inform strategic decision-making.
Who you are
- With 5+ years of experience in business development
- Familiarity with the Design Build industry
- A strong desire to succeed and drive results
