Business Correspondent, Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies

This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward in a leading Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate original reporting on Elon Musk's A.I. initiatives and related news
• Build a network of sources for in-depth reporting
• Write clearly, authoritatively, and independently
• Handle breaking news and produce thoughtful enterprise stories
• Contribute to live coverage and planning meetings
• Present information accurately and efficiently
• Support journalistic independence and truth-seeking mission

Qualifications

• 5+ years of beat reporting and writing experience
• Ability to produce engaging and well-organized stories
• Experience collaborating across a newsroom environment
• Strong source-building and networking skills
• Proficient in engaging diverse audiences and deepening relationships with readers

Pay

$124,979 – $190,000 annually
