Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Adobe's Enterprise Resilience Program across multiple business units.
- Cook up and execute business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives across departments.
- Manage and update content on SharePoint and internal intranet platforms.
- Aid in integrating new services into continuity frameworks.
- Support the development of strategic plans and employee training content.
- Contribute to risk assessments, business impact analyses (BIA), and recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit, IT, and financial departments.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Honed hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analyses, Risk Assessments, and creating Recovery Plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication (verbal/written), analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing content on SharePoint and company intranet platforms.
- Familiarity with financial, audit, and IT compliance standards.
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
- Experience planning for and recovering from multi-site disruptions.
- Background in enterprise-level or technology-driven environments.
- Experience delivering internal training or awareness programs related to business continuity.
