About the role
EY’s EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to clients. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services.
- Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
- Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly broader business functions.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
- Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Tagetik).
- Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
- Experience in cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity and privacy architecture, and complex problem-solving and critical thinking.

Benefits
Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
