About the role
EY’s EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to clients. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
- Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Manage technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
- Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
- Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
- Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
- Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Tagetik).
- Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues, and effectively using data for complex analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
