About the role

EY’s EPM team helps clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
  • Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
  • Manage technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
  • Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
  • No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
  • Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Tagetik).
  • Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
