About the role
EY’s EPM team helps clients navigate complex IT investments and processes, transforming their organizations through advanced analytics and technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services.
- Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
- Establish procedures affecting immediate work area and broader business functions.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (typically 4-6 years of relevant experience).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EPM solutions like Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik.
- Strong working knowledge of EPM concepts and practices.
- Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in fostering relationships with client personnel.
- Experience in providing complex consultative services in areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and BI reporting.
- Knowledge of cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity, and privacy architecture.
- Strong ability to manage expectations and monitor progress.
- Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.

Pay
The base salary range for this role in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $154,000 to $267,400.
Schedule
Most people in external, client-serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Employees are also granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed.
