About the role

EY’s EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to clients. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services.
  • Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
  • Manage technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly broader business functions.
  • Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree required (typically 4-year degree).
  • No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
  • Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik).
  • Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Assisting in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions.

Benefits

Base salary range for this role in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
