About the role
EY’s EPM team helps clients navigate complex IT investments and processes through detailed process design and implementation support. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services.
- Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
- Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and potentially broader business functions.
- Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Guide technical decisions to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
- Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (typically 4 years).
- Minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in areas like master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
- Working knowledge of a component of modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik).
- Strong understanding of evolving concepts and practices for EPM.
- Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions.

Benefits
Base salary range for this role in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries are determined based on various factors including education, experience, and location.
