Business Consultant - Houston/Dallas, Seattle/Portland, Phoenix/Las Vegas

About the role

As a Reynolds and Reynolds Business Consultant, you will use strong technical understanding of current Reynolds applications and dealership operational expertise to provide a full range of dealership operations consulting services. The primary goal is to establish effective professional relationships with customers to increase profits and drive recurring consulting sales. This position requires follow-ups to maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution.

You will need to be familiar with cutting-edge dealership processes and operational trends to sell this knowledge to new and existing customers.

Training

On-the-job training with multiple mentors for approximately 90 days. Additional training includes webinars, discussions, self-exploration of available knowledge products, and some classroom work as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide dealership operations consulting services using Reynolds applications.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive recurring consulting sales.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer support and problem resolution.
• Stay updated on dealership processes and operational trends to advise customers effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 or more years of experience working in an automotive dealership.
• Willingness to travel extensively overnight (up to 5 nights per week).
• Good driving and credit history.
• Fluency in Spanish (required for Houston/Dallas territory).
• Dealership management experience is a plus.
