Business Consultant - Commercial

About the role

The Role As a Consultant in our Commercial Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs are preferred
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Pay

Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
