About the role

This role supports our Certified Business Owners in the field by assisting with new account starts, walkthroughs, service issues, and account transitions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new account starts
• Walkthroughs for existing accounts
• Resolve service issues
• Support account transitions
• Investigate complaints from clients
• Conduct quarterly reviews with franchise owners
• Support about 150 franchise owners in the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo areas

Requirements

• Prior cleaning or janitorial industry experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience running their own business or in the janitorial industry preferred

Benefits

• Base salary of $50 - $60k
• Plus commissions (10% on all specialty work)

Pay

• $50 - $60k base salary

Schedule

• 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend work when needed
