About the role

We're looking for a driven, consultative Business Consultant (BC) to close the partnerships that move our company forward. In this role, you'll lead Activation Consults with our highest-potential partners—including gym owners, med spas, and established wellness practitioners. These consults aren't pitches; they're working sessions where you learn the partner's business, build the right strategy live on the call, and close the partnership before the call ends.

Your ownership doesn't stop at the close. You'll remain the partner's assigned BC through their first 30 days, coaching them through the most critical window of the partner lifecycle and setting them up for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative Activation Consults with prospective partners, building tailored partnership packages live on the call.
  • Close on the call—securing partner commitment, completing intake, and booking onboarding.
  • Serve as the partner-facing voice of Asher Health on every consult, check-in, and escalation.
  • Coaches partner through their first 30 days with structured check-ins, guiding them toward a strong, healthy start.
  • Maintain accurate, organized CRM records with documented next steps for every active partner.
  • Escalate blocked partners to Partner Success and Sales leadership promptly.
  • Build outbound pipeline proactively through partner referrals, your own network, conference follow-up, and LinkedIn.
  • Participate in weekly deal reviews with the Sales Manager and help set the energy on the sales floor every day.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in consultative closing or high-ticket B2B sales, ideally with a 30–60-minute consult cycle.
  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting quota.
  • Fluent in business math, including margin, package math, and partner ROI.
  • Experience using a CRM such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, or similar.
  • Comfortable leading consultative calls—on camera and on Zoom—rather than transactional one-call pitches.
  • Able to own a partner relationship through the full early lifecycle, not just the close.
  • Highly coachable, direct, and organized under pressure.
  • Able to work onsite in our Plano, TX office five days a week (DFW-based or willing to relocate).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling in health, wellness, GLP-1, peptide, telehealth, chiropractic, or pharmacy industries.
  • Experience selling to gym owners, med spas, or wellness practitioners.
  • Track record of building a personal outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, or referrals.
  • Coaching or consulting background outside of sales, such as fitness, nutrition, or business coaching.
