About the role

The Business Consultant role is located at any Elevance Health PulsePoint location within the state of California. This role is hybrid, requiring associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity, while offering flexibility for productivity and work-life balance. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from an office or be accommodated for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support moderately complex business initiatives, operational readiness efforts, and cross-functional projects addressing varied business needs.
  • Possess strong knowledge of business operations, systems, and business analysis, considering the business implications of operational and technology-related changes.
  • May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
  • Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.
  • Analyze and design solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
  • Consult with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

  • Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is preferred.

The salary range for this specific position is $100,832 to $157,824, with additional benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) match.
