Business Consultant

About the role

This position is within the Open Solutions DNA area and involves designing and developing forms and documents, as well as configuring and archiving these forms media related to the DNA platform. It's a significant role in the growth of the business, supporting a new client through the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platform
• Configure and archive forms media as it relates to the DNA platform
• Work directly with multiple levels of client leadership in a delivery/consulting capacity
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical project stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, understanding how and when to shift focus to meet project timelines
• Work remotely and at client locations
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and peripherals
• Use Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite
• Work with large enterprise application systems, SQL development, HTML5, CSS, SSL, Nexus Evolution, Fiserv Nautilus, Hyland OnBase ECM, and DocuSign

Requirements

• Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers
• Experience working directly with multiple levels of client leadership in a delivery/consulting capacity
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical project stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, understanding how and when to shift focus to meet project timelines
• Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
• Online and printed media desktop design knowledge
• Experience working with large enterprise application systems, SQL development, HTML5, CSS, SSL, Nexus Evolution, Fiserv Nautilus, Hyland OnBase ECM, and DocuSign

Qualifications

• Graduate level education preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience required
• Up to 25% travel required

Pay

Graduate range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year
