Business Center Branch Manager

About the Role
As a Business Center Branch Manager, you will lead priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including growth activities for outside business development. You will execute relationship management activities with new and existing consumer and business clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share while deepening share of wallet in alignment with enterprise core values.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing team to drive acquisition, mitigate risk, develop collaborative ecosystem partnerships, and promote employee engagement and positive client experiences.
- Identify and implement client solutions through proactive and reactive discovery conversations, collaborating with internal business partners as needed.
- Execute contact management strategies using available tools, including routine outbound calls and in-person meetings.
- Regularly review business results and pipeline management with internal business partners.
- Drive business banking results through outside branch calling, community involvement, and business development activities.
- Demonstrate foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
- Lead a proactive and differentiated client experience, coaching the team to engage customers in technology-enabled interactions and advice-oriented consultations.
- Ensure effective problem resolution and a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Prioritize talent development and foster an inclusive workplace that models PNC’s values.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to policies.
- Mitigate sales practice risk through sound decision-making and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service).
- 3+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in an operations or production environment.
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
