About the role
We advise business owners through the sale of their companies while representing qualified buyers seeking acquisition opportunities. You will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, guide transactions from valuation through closing, and provide high-level advisory support throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Establish a portfolio of 15 sell-side clients within 15 months
- Represent both sellers and buyers with access to more than 700 active listings, a dedicated internal deal team, and a robust buyer network
- Manage complex, long-cycle transactions with strong relationship-building skills, discipline, and accountability
- Provide high-level advisory support and guidance throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- Driven professionals with a background in B2B sales, real estate, finance, or investment banking
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage complex, long-cycle transactions
- Confident building a personal book of business and being self-motivated
- A passion for helping business owners maximize their life’s work
- Coachable, collaborative, and long-term focused
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in business brokerage, real estate, finance, or investment banking is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
